Q: When will my order ship?

A: Most products will ship directly from the National Store and will ship within 3-5 days. If an item is unavailable, we will try to get that item back in stock within 2-3 weeks and will ship when available. Custom items, such as engraved plaques or embroidered apparel normally ship in 3 – 6 weeks. These items will ship directly from the vendor.

Q: Can I request express shipping?
    
A: Yes, however, since the National Office is minimally staffed we cannot guarantee express shipping. If you would like to request express shipping, please call Nikole at 540-628-0835 or Liz at extension 105. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Q: How do I return or exchange an item?

Note: Please include a copy of your order and your request to return or exchange. Return shipping is guaranteed.

Q: Do you have a catalog?

A: No. Due to the high cost of printed material and the effort to offer new products regularly, we do not print a catalog.

Q: Can I purchase NA uniform items?
    
No. The NA Associates do not sell the student uniforms. The uniforms are only available through the Marine Corps Exchange (PX). The PX does not offer mail order service.
